I feel very passionate about working with Corporates and SME's to provide their employees with practical & accessible tools to improve wellbeing at work.

My aim is to help employees build their own 'tool kit' of essential techniques that they feel work for them and that they can easily integrate in their daily life. No need for special equipment/clothing, the techniques can be practiced and learned in any work environment - all that's needed is a quiet room, away from the hustle and bustle of working life!

The techniques I work with can be used by anyone regardless of their physical ability. All physical movements are very gentle and can be adapted to suit the needs of the participants. I work with:
