As we thought we were settling into a 'new way' of working, we now face even more uncertainty this autumn/winter.


Yet, it is clear that flexible ways of working are here to stay and the question is how can we support remote and non-remote workers in a way that promotes physical, mental and social wellbeing.

Our 10-week Wellbeing Foundation Course provides employees with practical and accessible techniques that they can use to manage and maximise their wellbeing. The techniques are accessible to all and easy to learn. Over the 10 week-course, employees will practice these techniques, together with their colleagues and discover how they can work for them.

During COVID-19 and until it is safe to resume face-to-face groups, all courses have been adapted to run online, via Zoom.

As such, our Wellbeing Foundation Course fits well within an overall Wellbeing Strategy as it complements other initiatives around mental health, physical health or nutrition for example.
